In working with Dr. Aaron Benes over a span of 11 years, he has performed miracles through me which have impacted my life in ways that seem impossible to put into words.

As a young child our family was living the American Dream. Life was filled with laughter, outdoor adventures, and family vacations. Unfortunately in late 2003 our family was hit with devastation and the life I had known before was ripped away. My father suffered from a stroke that left him mostly paralyzed, which changed my life forever. These events would then lead into my teenage years being filled with severe anxiety, depression, and isolation. I was also bullied and outcast leaving me with little; if any self-worth. My anxiety and depression intensified as time went on, I would have panic attacks just thinking about going to school. My panic attacks got so serious that my parents decided to homeschool me. These struggles continued into my young adult years, where my anxiety and depression compounded on one another leaving prisoner to my mind and limited to my apartment. The simplest of life tasks (i.e. grocery shopping, haircuts, socializing) would paralyze me with fear. With daily life being a constant battle, I truly felt hopelessness. I eventually sought medical aid but much of this help was surface level, being resolved with antidepressants which left my core unhealed.

This is where Dr. Aaron Benes comes in. My emotional trauma led me to believe I was worthless, where Aaron saw my potential. The first meeting where I was welcomed into the Sanctuary I was washed over by calmness and peace coming to the realization that this is where my healing would truly begin. And did it ever. Every session is filled with miracles and healing. With Aaron’s gentle guidance, we began to redefine who I AM.

Dr. Aaron Benes never ceases to amaze me when it comes to the dedication and love he has for his clients. His service is not contained merely to the sessions we have together, instead he is looking for every opportunity no matter the time or day to serve me as a client. I have experienced many moments with Aaron where he has shared an acknowledgement or quote at the exact moment I needed it most. Another great example of how he is a masterful coach. Aaron is the definition of leading by example, and never asks anything of me that he isn’t fully implementing in his life.

The miracles we have created together are nothing short of remarkable. He’s helped me achieve physical goals that I never knew I was capable of and showed me that my true potential is limitless. He has helped me create and nurture a loving relationship not only with myself, but with my partner and my family. He has inspired and encouraged me to venture into the world of entrepreneurship. All of these things have me now living life at its fullest.

Thank you Dr. Aaron Benes for all of your amazing love, support, and giving me your very best for all of these years. Working with you has truly been a once in a lifetime opportunity. Thank you for always raising the bar and pushing me towards excellence. There’s genuinely nobody else I would trust to change my life the way that you have.
