The first time I spoke with Dr. Aaron was over the phone.  I told him about myself, where I was in my life and what I was looking to accomplish by possibly working with him. I listened to his response and we conversed some more.  At the end of our call I was overcome with goosebumps as I heard Dr. Aaron say strongly and confidently into the phone, “if we work together, I want you to know that we can achieve anything”.  With a giant smile on my face, my mind raced with possibilities of what could happen.  I couldn’t even speak to get the words “thank you so much” out of my mouth.  The rest of that day, everything felt as if it were one and I was in a blissful state of peace and joy.

I have had the wonderful privilege of working with Dr. Aaron for a year and a half now and I can’t recognize and barely recall the person I used to be.  My transformation into the loving, calm, self-confident and healthy person I am today is all thanks to his help.  Dr. Aaron comes from a place of unconditional love, non-judgment and integrity that has helped me allow myself to be vulnerable and open with him.  This has been the stepping stone for all the work we have accomplished together.  Dr. Aaron has many different tools that he has amassed over the decades and utilizes various perspectives of the mental, physical, and spiritual in order to help coach and heal me.  He truly is a master and a man of his word.

Thanks to Dr. Aaron, I have the best relationship with my family members, which is extremely important to me.  I am now super close with both of my sisters, I have greatly improved my relationship with my dad, and created an even closer and more loving relationship with my mom.  Dr. Aaron helped me be open with them and let them know how much I truly love them.  We also worked on my love life and together we created the girlfriend of my dreams. She has entered my life and I am able to create the most loving relationship with her that makes both of us filled with love and happiness.

Before I met Dr. Aaron, I had worked with many different trainers and therapists to become the best tennis player and athlete I could be.  I did Olympic-style weightlifting, bodybuilding, physical therapy for my shoulder and ankle, weekly chiropractic visits and various nutritional programs.  My physical transformation with Dr. Aaron has allowed me to become a much better athlete overall.  My movements are much more natural, I am stronger than I have ever been, my balance has greatly improved, I am much more flexible than I used to be and am able to touch my toes now, I am eating much cleaner by eating a diet that better suits and nourishes my body and I am no longer having stomach aches that used to occur daily. I am recovering faster from my workouts and am not getting injured or having pain at the frequency I did.  I am sleeping deeper and not waking up tired.

Working with Dr. Aaron in the physical realm will truly transform you.  He is incredibly knowledgeable and has worked with inventors of physical tools that will transform your athleticism and the way you live.  He works to get results and looks at the underlying issues instead of fixing symptoms temporarily.  Dr. Aaron also transforms the way you will think and see your world by working with your mind.  He is a master at this and has transformed my world into a new reality.

Dr. Aaron has changed my life and helped me to: become a man of my word, change my thoughts, discover who I am, come from a place of peace, heal numerous traumatic experiences, heal past love relationships, live a more fulfilling life, discover my passions, reduce my stress and anxiety, no longer be bothered by what others say, speak my truth, change my environment to benefit me, find my way in life, be confident in myself, believe in myself, be vulnerable with others, and help me to help others.

Dr. Aaron is a friend, and a mentor to me and the most amazing coach. There is truly nothing that he can’t do or won’t learn to do. He is more dedicated to me than anyone I have ever worked with.  Working with him has been the best decision of my life and I am thankful every day for the opportunity to have worked with him and to continue to do so.  He is a gift to all of us and this world.
