Dr. Aaron Benes has been the healing hand that has helped me accomplish a healthier life not only for myself but for the most important people in my life, my family. I had the marvelous opportunity to work with Dr. Aaron individually, in partnership with my husband and most importantly throughout my pregnancy.
It was the most unimaginable experience and the utmost valuable gift I could have given my daughter. I am certain that working with him has significantly improved my mental, emotional and spiritual health on a level beyond words!
He has become my mentor in so many different aspects of my life, motherhood, nutrition, physical, and environmental health, just to name a few.
